RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We pay great attention to the quality of our products and to carefully packing and shipping every order.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt and take the time to try on the item properly (over your underwear). We recommend wearing the product for approximately 5 to 10 minutes so you can properly assess the support, fit, and size.
Not completely satisfied or would you like to receive a different size? You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that your return meets our return conditions.
 

Register Your Return
You can easily register your return through our returns portal. Using the portal, you can quickly create a return label.

Pack and Send Your Return

• Download and print the return form (click here) and complete it in full.
• Carefully pack the item together with the completed return form in its original packaging.
• Please ensure the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. Trying on the product is, of course, permitted.
• Attach the return label clearly to the parcel or use the mobile QR code.
• Drop off the parcel at a collection point of your chosen carrier.

Processing Your Return

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item once.
For returns, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item, using the original payment method.

Return Conditions

• The item must not have been used or worn. Trying on the product is, of course, permitted.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the purchase price.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items purchased with a discount of 70% or more cannot be exchanged or returned.
