All Knap'man products are exclusive and demand special treatment.
What size should I choose?
The sizes of the Knap'man items are comparable with standard underwear sizes. In the case of well-developed upper leg muscles where the circumference of the upper leg is quite large, then we advise compression shorts/tights one size bigger than the standard underwear size.
In case of doubt, the size tables below can be used. These are also shown alongside the products in the webshop.

How should I wash the compression wear?
The compression wear can be washed according to the following washing instructions:
- Do not wash above 30 degrees
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
The Knap’man compression wear has built-in silver ions which have an antibacterial action and which neutralise odours.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, if the order has not yet been dispatched. A cancellation can be made via mail or telephone.
What payment method can I use?
We offer almost all payment methods, depending on the country where the order has been placed.
When will my order be sent and when can I expect to receive it?
We send out our orders everyday, around 13.00 PM (because of pick-up times). Orders are delivered to the delivery address (UK) two days after dispatch.
How much do I pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ per country. For UK we charge £6,25. You only pay one amount, regardless of the size of the package.
What is the delivery process?
We use the services of large postal delivery companies, such as Post NL and DHL.
A signature will be required on delivery of your order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we receive your order and have dispatched it, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has been dispatched. In this mail you will receive a track-and-trace code with which you can see the status of your order.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
How can I exchange and/or return an item?
If you receive an item from us, we ask you to handle it with the utmost care. With every order, you will receive clear instructions as to how the garment should be worn and how the garment should be treated. We request that you read and follow these instructions.
We cannot exchange or accept returned items that are damaged due to incorrect care.
In addition, we advise you to fit the items, which are mainly basic wear/underwear, for the first time while wearing your own underwear. If an item does not fit properly or if the item does not meet your expectations then the item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
Only unused and unworn items, in original packaging, will be accepted.
NB: Items with a discount of 70% or more may not be exchanged or returned.
Do I have to pay anything to return an item?
The postage costs and the postage risks involved in a return sending are the buyers responsibility.
In the case of an exchange, we will pay the delivery costs of the item being exchanged once only.
What is the guarantee on my ordered item?
Our products have a guarantee of 1 month. The receipt you receive per mail after placing an order is also your guarantee.
Are there defects that aren't covered by the guarantee?
Defects that are clearly caused by careless treatment of the garment or ‘normal’ wear and tear cannot be refunded.
Our shorts are designed for use as sliding shorts but will show traces of wear after time due to friction with, for example, astro turf. This is our interpretation of ‘normal’ wear and tear.
